Exchange & Return Policy:
· The original invoice must be sent, either printed or in digital form.
· The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging.
· If the packaging is opened, return and exchange is possible in the event of a defect or manufacturing defect in the item.
· If the customer wishes to return the product (order) after receipt for a reason not mentioned above, a percentage of the order value, not exceeding (10%), will be deducted, in addition to the delivery fees.
· Return and exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.
· The promotional offer associated with the returned item can be returned if it is in its original condition or the value of the promotional offer will be deducted.
· Return and exchange within the geographical borders of the country from which the product was purchased.
· Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (packaging) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
· The return and exchange period are calculated from the date of receipt.
· To obtain return and exchange services, the customer must speak via phone or text support on WhatsApp for AjeebStores application.
· If the return request is approved and after verifying that it meets the return or exchange conditions, arrangements will be made for a delivery representative to collect the product within 3 working days.
Refunds:
· We at Ajeeb Stores commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
· Unfortunately, there are occasions when the product(s) you selected may not be in stock, or we may encounter issues with our inventory or quality check. In such cases, we may need to cancel your order. You will be notified in advance to avoid any unnecessary concern about your order. If you made the purchase via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), you will receive a refund once our team confirms your request.
· We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Ajeeb Stores is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
· In case of refund approved by our concern department, we will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take 5 - 15 working days to process.
Shipping:
Ajeeb Stores is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
